Comprehensive Training – From Hard to Soft Skills

designWe build free vocational training programs competency certification. Through a practical and experiential approach, these programs combine technical skills with the development of soft skills to ensure the best possible social and professional integration.

Person-Centered Approach

Focused to the personal development of each participant, we provide free board and lodging, psychological support, mentoring with specialized tutors, as well as workshops and recreational, cultural, social, and sports activities. Our goal is to meet individual needs and foster relationships based on affinity, respect, and solidarity among participants.

We match the needs and aspirations of both businesses and future professionals by structuring pathways aligned with UN Agenda 2030 Goals No. 8 and No. 10. These pathways consist of six phases: labor market needs analysis, online and offline recruitment, candidate selection, advanced training, job placement, and post-placement support.
